Kendall Camp is a Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft based in Seattle working on AI video applications such as Clipchamp. He is a cum laude graduate of Morehouse College and has extensive experiences ranging from internships and fellowships in Media, Technology, and Venture Capital at companies including NBCUniversal, CNBC, Microsoft, Robinhood, Dorm Room Fund, HBCUvc, and Commerce Ventures. Kendall is from Modesto, California and passionate about storytelling, podcasting, and educational equity.

dani Dawkins

Dani Dawkins is a Product Manager at LinkedIn where she builds products to help Job Seekers. Currently, she is building a platform to recommend the best actions Job Seekers can take to increase their chances of getting jobs their interested in. She also worked on advancing skill-based hiring and developing trusted experiences for LinkedIn's members. 

Prior to LinkedIn, Dani worked for over seven years in advertising and product marketing, where she discovered her passion for solving customer problems. She earned her MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Forté Scholar and concentrated in Decision Sciences and Strategy. There, she also co-hosted a podcast called "Failing Forward," aimed at normalizing discussions around experiences of failure. She also earned her BA in Political Science from Duke.

justin bethune

Justin Bethune is a partner on the Talent Network team, focused on college talent.

Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, he spent several years building and managing professional programs and leading MBA and PhD recruiting at ServiceNow. Before that, he spent 6 years at Dropbox as a full-cycle recruiter on the university recruiting team where he launched Dropbox’s first MBA hiring program. He previously held roles as a diversity program manager for employee resource groups.

Justin is an Oakland native and graduated with a degree in international relations from Saint Mary’s College of California. He is an avid pilot and spends the majority of his free time flying and practicing for aerobatic competitions.
